Re:UPDATE!! Do you believe in generation curses and does this sound like one? So I went to see a priest and he told me I was not cursed as what I described sounds like most family go through it. He also said there was no such thing as a curse and to ignore it. Shrug my shoulders and carry on and not worry about it.  and I may not have mentioned this but sometimes I get weird sleep stuff happen like I someone i sitting on top of me and I am trying to scream out but I call out to Jesus and it stops but I have been getting this since I was 18 and I am now 35. Not every night though and it does not effect my sleep so the priest said it was my mind playing tricks and maybe see a doctor. he did mention confession so that is something I am thinking of doing. Although I do confess to God in Jesus name anyway. So basically just ignore it and shrug my shoulders I am not cursed and he prayed a blessing over me too.
